The Procell brand of batteries are manufactured by Duracell to replace their Duracell Industrial range. 
They are a higher capacity battery aimed at the professional market or anybody wanting batteries that last longer.

at 3000MaH (AA size) they are in line with Duracell’s Ultra range but without the hefty price tag.
