Why why why ???
Fitters couldn’t tell if it was working .
What batteries do I need .
At least you could offer the sale of them alongside the product

Natalie, I am rather confused by your review.

This is not a battery powered light fitting, it is for 230v mains power.
If it were a battery powered light we would indeed sell or include batteries for it as you suggest.

I have double checked our website and cannot see anything that would suggest this to be battery powered. The fitting takes 3x 230v gu10 LED lamps.
